| I'm a big fan of period dramas, historical/actions dramas. Some of my favorites include Braveheart, Elizabeth, Rob Roy, 300, Troy (yes yes i know), The other Boelyn Girl...
Anyways, I'm no stranger to the execution scenes. For some reason, the priest always says "May the Lord have mercy on your soul". In some cases, the prisoner really doesn't deserve it, like Randall Wallace in Braveheart and you feel pity for them. In other cases, I can't help but gloat - hah! you so deserve it!
I think this happens to me in life too. I read the news about someone who's been brought to justice and I gloat - relieved that justice has found its way into the right hands. Why would I even care if the Lord would have mercy on their souls? Psh.
The reason I gloat is because I think i am better off than them. Truth is, I'm not. If their souls aren't worth having mercy on, neither is mine. May the Lord have mercy on my soul.
| This is why I browser-window-shop quite often. You never know when you'll see a deal you can't pass up on. And that is why they call me eagle eye. This one fresh in from Anthropologie. But you know what's the best part? Ordering size S. :)
Other notable mentions: - Dreamy Azimuth Bralette Top - $9.95 - Flowery Parrish Surplice Top - $19.95
| Inca trail permits are out for the dates we've booked. Gotta be on top of things when planning the inca trail hike!

| Each year, we usually make a big trip somewhere. This year, we're visiting Peru and Chile for some pretty crazy adventure treks.
We're starting off in Chilean Patagonia visiting Torres Del Paine National Park where we will hike the "W" circuit. Look at how beautiful it is! If we're lucky with weather, we might actually see it!

When we're done with that, we'll spend another week in Chile for some downtime along the coast and the deserts before heading on to Peru.
In Peru, our main goal is to hike the 4-day inca trail to the Machu Picchu ruins. Again another challenge as it's been likened to half dome x 2. I am SO EXCITED!
